- Oversee weekend shift operations including production scheduling and quality control

- Coordinate maintenance activities and equipment inspections
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong knowledge of weekend shift operations and scheduling
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field preferred
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies a plus
