Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring seamless workflow and safety compliance
- Train and mentor 8-12 team members on operational procedures and customer service standards
- Implement process improvements to increase weekend productivity by 15%
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues within SLA
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed documentation and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
