Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during peak weekend hours
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and store security protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/supervisory experience required
