Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Weekend Operations Manager to oversee our weekend operations. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency during peak retail periods.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations and staff supervision during weekend shifts.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Manage cash register operations, daily deposits, and loss prevention procedures.
- Train and mentor weekend staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize weekend performance.
- Coordinate with management team to prepare for upcoming weekly promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
