Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 team members during weekend evening shifts (Friday-Sunday, 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Execute inventory management procedures and stock replenishment protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and service excellence
- Monitor security protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Train new staff on POS systems, product knowledge, and store policies
- Prepare shift reports and sales performance documentation
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday evenings)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for multi-location travel)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
