Responsibilities
- Execute daily sorting, packing, and loading operations with precision and speed.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners accurately to track inventory.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes to prevent shortages.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries regarding orders.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth, TX location is required.
