Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 weekend staff across receiving, inventory, and shipping departments
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff development sessions
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time delivery metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with OSHA compliance reporting
