Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely during night operations.
- Organize inventory and maintain a neat, organized warehouse environment.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with care and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to get to our San Jose facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
