Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment during weekend shifts.
- Load and unload trucks with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all outbound orders meet our standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
