Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations and staff of 8-10 team members
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Train and mentor weekend associates on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize workflow efficiency using warehouse management systems
- Conduct daily quality checks and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
