Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow during peak weekend hours.
- Load/Unload: Manage the movement of goods between docks and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
