Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure the timely and safe processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
