- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 weekend associates
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct daily inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
- Process shipping/receiving documentation accurately
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in warehouse management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
