Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages safely and efficiently in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track shipments.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
