Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Vision, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D to prototype solutions for the next generation of autonomous agents.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for large-scale AI deployments.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with business growth objectives.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Transformer models, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
