Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (2026-2030)
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
- Identify and validate high-impact opportunities through market analysis and patent landscape research
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) with published thought leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Certification in futures studies, innovation management, or strategic foresight preferred
