Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future business models
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using compelling visual narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to implementation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products or ventures
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations

- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
