Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the future of work, focusing on AI integration and digital adoption strategies by 2026.
- Workforce Transformation: Design and implement policies that enhance employee experience, agility, and productivity in a hybrid-first environment.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging tech tools (VR/AR, AI assistants, automation platforms) to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align workforce strategies with broader business objectives.
- Change Management: Spearhead change management initiatives to mitigate resistance and drive cultural adoption of new technologies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement and operational efficiency to measure the success of future-tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR, Operations, or Strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or advisory capacity regarding future technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation tools, specifically as they apply to workforce management.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments and leading through ambiguity.
