What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for systems expected to scale in the 2026 timeframe, focusing on AI regulation compliance, spatial computing, and autonomous agents.
- Prototype Next-Gen Solutions: Spearhead the development of proof-of-concepts for futuristic technologies, including generative AI agents and quantum-ready cloud infrastructures.
- Enterprise Integration: Oversee the integration of bleeding-edge technologies into our existing enterprise stack, ensuring seamless interoperability and data security.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate abstract 2026 visions into concrete technical specifications.
- Future-Proofing Security: Architect robust security frameworks that anticipate and neutralize threats in a post-silicon, post-AI world.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and define long-term technical roadmaps.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and their deployment constraints.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, large-scale system problems.
