Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate adaptation) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints using design thinking and predictive modeling
- Author white papers on future-of-work transformations and exponential technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and UN Sustainable Development
- Present foresight findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Experience advising C-suite on 10-year strategic horizons
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Cassandra, SAMI)
