Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market shifts (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological trends to inform long-term business strategy
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into R&D pipelines
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunity landscapes through scenario modeling and impact analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Social Sciences
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in analytical tools (Python, Tableau, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts into actionable insights
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
