- Partner with R&D teams to translate future vision into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact and adaptability
- Monitor geopolitical and technological signals affecting future business viability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of scaling initiatives with 7+ year implementation horizons
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Executive communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into actionable strategies
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
