Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning and trend analysis for emerging tech (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Design human-centric innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for future-readiness maturity
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, AGI governance)
- Expertise in systems thinking, futures research methodologies, and scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on 2020+ trends
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
