- Develop and execute long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI of experimental projects
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for ambitious transformation projects
- Foster an intrapreneurial culture through hackathons, incubation programs, and innovation challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or market-first solutions
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or strategy frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
