Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on autonomous systems and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, distributed systems designed to handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into core product lines.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence in futuristic environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for long-term technology investments and R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or high-level engineering leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience in AI/ML infrastructure and future-tech stacks.
- Strong understanding of system scalability, latency optimization, and high-availability design.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
