- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Technical Consulting: Advise senior leadership on the feasibility and potential impact of emerging tech stacks.
- Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Lead the intellectual property strategy, driving the filing of patents for groundbreaking innovations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of turning abstract concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
