Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) to determine potential for integration.
- Strategic Planning: Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and prototyping of future-state products and services.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to forecast technological shifts and competitor innovations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the engineering and product teams on prioritizing initiatives that drive long-term value.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading high-impact strategic initiatives and roadmap planning.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, specifically in AI and Cloud Computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
