As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will analyze global shifts, identify disruptive technologies, and translate them into actionable strategies that fuel sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and market trends to build a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) that could impact our industry.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, design, and business units on long-term vision goals.
- Develop and present persuasive future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive landscapes globally to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Oversee the incubation of new business units or product lines targeting the 2026 timeline.
- Collaborate with external partners, including think tanks and futurists, to refine strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and delivering actionable roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment in the United States.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
