- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, bio-interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional teams developing prototypes for 2026-era smart city infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, carbon-negative data centers) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including NASA and DARPA
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive sustainability initiatives targeting 90% carbon-neutral tech deployment by 2028
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $50M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Published research in Nature, IEEE, or similar tier-1 journals
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
