- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 2020+ vision implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with futurism focus
- Expertise in emerging tech stack: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or AR/VR
- Track record of launching market-disrupting products with 5+ year lifecycles
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
- Executive-level presentation skills with boardroom credibility
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership on technology futures (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
