Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing and AI integration initiatives for enterprise transformation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neural interfaces, bio-digital fusion) for strategic adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership and industry stakeholders
- Establish ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and neuro-technological deployments
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and external ecosystem partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI frameworks
- Proven track record of launching industry-disrupting technology initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (Singularity University certification preferred)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
