Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for 2026-era cybersecurity and decentralized networks
- Architect sustainable tech blueprints aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor 5+ engineers through rapid prototyping cycles for experimental technologies
- Secure $1M+ in innovation grants through white papers and competitive proposals
- Monitor global tech policy shifts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent portfolio)
- 5+ years in tech strategy with 3+ patents in emerging fields
- Expertise in at least two: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech modeling
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnerships
- Experience with ISO 26000 and B Corp certification processes
