Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and development practices

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain)

- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
