- Lead the 2026 Horizon Initiative: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on emerging trends expected to mature by 2026, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Decentralized Systems.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends, analyzing their potential impact on our industry and advising leadership on adoption strategies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, startup partnerships, and technology vendors that align with the 2026 vision.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with R&D, Product, and Operations to integrate future technologies into existing workflows and product lines.
- Pilot Programs: Design and manage pilot programs for emerging technologies, measuring success and scaling successful implementations.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, business development, or product management, with a proven track record of long-term planning.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, Advanced Robotics) and their commercial applications.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
