Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-generation products and services
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI on emerging investments
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with rigorous risk assessment protocols
- Mentor senior engineers and product designers in future-focused methodologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions and startups to build strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing integration strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-suite level
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling teams through hyper-growth phases
