Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Futuristics with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market (3+ successful exits)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and human-machine interfaces
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Keynote speaker at CES, Web Summit, or equivalent tech forums
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Design (STDP) from IEEE
