Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to develop strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Build predictive models for technology adoption cycles and market disruption timelines
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech forums and publish industry-shaping research papers
- Partner with VPs of Product and Engineering to align R&D priorities with 2026 strategic objectives
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for ethical and regulatory challenges in next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional data literacy with experience in predictive analytics tools
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption scenarios
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or equivalent)
