- Build and manage partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech vendors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, sustainability tech)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-cultural teams
