Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with company vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Analyze competitive landscapes and future market trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive organizational adoption of next-generation technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies

- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
