Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech into core offerings
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops and hackathons
- Manage vendor relationships and technology ecosystem partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing technology innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
