Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and ideation workshops
- Monitor emerging regulations (e.g., AI governance frameworks) and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
