Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling innovative solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and market gap identification
- Manage technology incubation programs from concept to market launch
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling at least one cutting-edge technology to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong business acumen with experience developing commercialization strategies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT ID)
