- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption and strategic positioning
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early-stage tech scouting
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in tech strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential tech trends (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
