Qualifications

- 8+ years experience in tech innovation or strategic planning
- Proven track record anticipating future technology trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
