Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy roadmap targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven impact projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ regions
