Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neural interfaces)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market disruption forecasting for next-gen tech sectors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI implementation and tech governance
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to accelerate R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating complex tech trends into market opportunities
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
