- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Secure and manage intellectual property portfolios for emerging innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and digital governance
- Experience securing venture capital for futuristic technology initiatives
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on next-generation computing paradigms
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
