Responsibilities

- Lead prototyping of human-AI collaborative interfaces using AR/VR and haptic feedback systems
- Coordinate with biotech teams to design cyber-secure medical IoT ecosystems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with climate tech divisions to build carbon-negative infrastructure solutions
- Conduct global trend analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with specialization in quantum systems or neural networks
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech prototyping
- Proven track record deploying AI-driven systems at scale (Fortune 500 preferred)
- Expertise in federated learning, homomorphic encryption, and neuromorphic computing
- Certification in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and IEEE Ethical Design standards
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in 3+ countries for AI/biotech systems
