- Analyze global tech policy/regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing 5-year+ tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
