Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy positioning Innovatech for 2026 market leadership
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investors with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles across all initiatives
- Mentor senior technologists in strategic thinking and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS experience
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (2020-2025) with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Executive presence with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., APF, WFSF) or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term tech strategy implementation
